SHIPPING & RETURNS
+ Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do – shipping rates are calculated automatically and are based on the most competitive shipping options available out of Dubai, UAE. Orders over USD 150 receive free global shipping.
+ Do you offer returns?
Given that MENAI pieces are made to order and customized based on your measurements, all sales are final.
+ Why does it take 2-5 days to ship my order?
Each MENAI piece is made to order, by hand. I take the time to make sure it is made with the highest quality. I do my best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. To avoid waste, I typically don’t make stock that hasn’t been ordered.
+ Will I need to pay taxes/duties on my order?
If you are ordering internationally, you may be charged customs duties & taxes on your order based on the total order value. These are not included in the prices listed nor in the overall shipping cost. MENAI is not responsible for any possible duties & taxes applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. For details please refer to your local customs office.
+ Will I need to sign for my package when it arrives?
All orders are sent tracked so you will need to sign for your order. If you cannot be at your delivery address to receive your order, a notice will be left and you will be able to pick your order up at the post office.

+ What payment options do you accept?
All payments are processed by Stripe & Paypal. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & PayPal.
+ How do you price your items?
I price as fairly as I can, based on the material cost and time spent to make the garment.
+ I see two pieces of the same style with a different price. Why?
The material is a core driver of the price. More expensive material will translate to the garment price.
+ An item I like is out of stock, will you re-stock it?
MENAI pieces are made purposefully in limited quantities, for a couple reasons: I want your piece to have an element of uniqueness that is unavailable with fast fashion; and I often use deadstock/remnant fabrics (when it’s gone it’s gone). If you see a style you like and are flexible about the fabric, check back and I may list something similar, or message me (via Contact Us or Instagram) and we’ll see what we can do:)
PRODUCTION
+ Where are the pieces designed & made?
All MENAI pieces are designed and handmade in Dubai, UAE. No production lines, no factories, just me and my sewing machine. Sustainability is maximized in material choices – I use primarily natural fibers, exceptions are made for deadstock/remnant fabrics where composition is sometimes unknown.
+ Do you make custom orders?
Most MENAI pieces are semi-customisable (waist measurement/length/both). I don’t do fully custom orders – it’s simply not feasible considering how time-consuming the process is.
SIZING
+ How does sizing work? What is ‘Free size’?
MENAI pieces are designed to fit a range of body types and sizes, and this is what ‘Free size’ indicates. The size range is specified in the description of each piece. For most pieces, I offer customisation for waist/upper bust circumference, overall length, or a combination. You will submit your relevant measurements upon ordering.
+ How do I measure myself?
Please take care getting your measurement right as I cannot support returns/alterations. It can be helpful to check your measurements against an existing garment you have.
