The legal stuff
You are shopping with MENAI Designs, a company registered Dubai, UAE. When you shop with us, these terms apply. We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services and/or any part of the website (including these terms & conditions) at any time. You may also refer to the FAQ section of this website, which forms part of these Ts & Cs.
Orders
By placing an order, you agree that you are doing so based on the product descriptions on the site, and the product & shipping prices indicated. When you place an order, you receive an email confirmation. Our site uses PayPal for payments, which means we do not collect your payment information. Your order is accepted once payment has gone through.
Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 days (the time required for making and/or customising your order). Exact time will depend on volume of orders.
Taxes & Duties
If you are ordering internationally, you may be charged customs duties & taxes on your order based on the total order value. These are not included in the prices listed nor in the overall shipping cost. MENAI is not responsible for any possible duties & taxes applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. For details please refer to your local customs office.
Returns
Since MENAI pieces are customised based on your measurements and made to order, all sales are final. If you make a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately through julia@menai.studio (or direct message on Instagram, @menai.studio) – if the order has not been produced, we may be able to cancel it. Orders cannot be changed; you need to cancel (as per above) and re-order.
Shipping
Orders are sent tracked based on your selected shipping method. Deliveries require you to sign for them – if you aren’t available to receive your order, a note will typically be left for you to collect the order from your local post office. We offer international shipping – If you don’t see a shipping method available for your country, please get in touch at julia@menai.studio (or direct message on Instagram, @menai.studio) and we’ll find the best option for you.
Delivery times may vary depending on factors outside of our control (carrier delays, bad weather, pandemics..) and you release MENAI from any liability relating to such delays.
Being a good human
We wish we didn’t have to say this, but you must not misuse or tamper with this website (e.g. hack, introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other technologically harmful material), or in any way harm our tech or functionality, or steal our or our customers’ data. Doing any of these things is likely a criminal offence, and we will report anyone carrying out such activity) to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
MENAI owns the intellectual property rights in this website and its contents. You are not to use the logo or any designs, text, graphics, photos, information, data, or software without express permission from us. You are of course free to share our content on social media, but we ask you to give credit. That’s just good manners.
Linking to our website
You are welcome to feature our website in articles/blogs/etc. as long as this is not related to commercial activity, and you are doing it in a way that’s fair and legal. If you do so, please don’t suggest any partnership or approval by us, where none exists.
